My name is Nancy Luckhurst and I live in upstate New York with my husband Michael, teenage daughter Bree, and our beloved dog Jada.
I am a currently a freelance editor (www.nancyluckhurst.com), and when I have time, I love to write short pieces about my family or my writing experiences. I’ve started writing a novel, but it’s been on the back burner for a while.
I love old movies (Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Joan Fontaine, Laurence Olivier, Cary Grant…), funny jokes, comedians (Jim Gaffigan), any good music, gardening, drawing, painting, writing, scrapbooking, photography, photo restoration, reading, long walks with my dog, parties, and laughter

Thank you for leaving your great comment which comes as an April breeze to my humble blog…Thanks for the suggestion on writing. I am working on a book on my life(a true story),
as it has been,it far more intriguing and full of experiences than fiction. I will keep you posted.
As for the pictures I will publish some of them too. The only problem with that is that most of them are NOT digital, as I was working in the 80’s…but i’m working on that too.

I am fascinated by the concept of creative people practicing multiple venues of creativity as a means of communication.
